plain, but nice
You would think from the outside it was a low quality ( excuse the pun) hotel, but inside you will find a clean looking place. despite the lack of curb appeal, i enjoyed my 3 night stay. the staff is very friendly and my room was spacious and clean. the hotel its self is located near numerous restaurants, shopping areas and a quaint wine bar just right next door.

Very good location!. Slight surprise on the final day

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights back in December 2013. The staff were amazingly friendly and we were checked in to our room very quickly. The hotel is located perfectly with quick access to downtown and Mont Royal. The Tim Hortons next door was also very convenient.

OK For a Place to Sleep
March 04, 2014This hotel served its purpose as we needed an affordable place to sleep in downtown Montreal, although it could use some updating in areas. The price point was good for the location. I would consider staying again if the rooms and common areas were updated.
