I picked up at 2014 Kia Optima in June 2014 and love the car more now than I did when I got it. Sales and finance were great and after 3 service calls on warranty, I have no complaints at all. I've both waited and got rides with the shuttle. In every case, they have been on time or early with their estimates of when things were done. They even had the car washed for me after each call.
