Lack of respect for customer's privacy & security. Rude.

Bought Mul-T-Locks. Insisted on having customer registration (must provide address together with what they already have Key duplicating code in a piece of paper) OR WILL NOT provide key duplicating service in the future despite having Key Card and with ID. Disregard customer cited security risk concern. Found no such policy from Mul-T-Lock.
