I had a small flood in my house on a saturday night. I managed to get the water stopped but the leak was upstairs and the water stared to leak through my main floor ceiling. I called Prostar and within 30 minutes they were there taking care of the flood. The did such a great job dealing with the flood, I hired them to do the rebuild as well.

Dont think all restoration companies charge you for their quote, regardless if you choose to go with that company. These people will take your $250 (for 10 min and a couple pictures) and then give you a very expensive quote. But they keep your $250 regardless. They have a good scheme going, too bad I fell for it. Skip these guys.

Since switching to ProStar, I have had no problems. They are communicative and willing to work out any difficulties in a reasonable and timely fashion.

The quality of the cleaning is the best that I have seen.
