We enjoy Promenade because of the good food and great location. We have always been happy with our meals and the service. The only suggestion I could make and I have mentioned this in the past is - would it really break the bank to include a bun or baguette for those customers who order a salad, without it having to be a special order which is on the menu? C'mon - really?
It would be hard to find another quality restaurant in Winnipeg where you receive 4-courses+wine for < $100.We went for our anniversary, were given the most scenic table in the house, but no other consideration. Great food and great service - dinner was so good we went back for breakfast the next day and it was just as good as dinner. The location is ideal - across from the river with terrific views to the new Human Rights Museum and the downtown skyline.
