Avoid at all costs!!!
My roof leaks but unfortunately I've already paid them. Even though their website wants you to believe they don't want money till you're satisfied, they hound you for it. Now that they have my money, they don't want to talk to me. I might try talking to the BBB about it but I've heard they always take the side of the business. I wish I'd hired someone else to roof my home. Look for more honest reviews on facebook (not their facebook page but honest people's facebook pages by googling their name.
Worst roofing experience ever
My roof was old but did not leak. After replacing it, I had a leak. I had to fight with the company for nearly ten months for them to fix it properly after they tried merely patching their poor work. When they finally replaced it a second time, I ended up with two leaks and now they've cut ties with me. So much for "do not pay until satisfied" and so much for 10 guarantees on workmanship. I have filed with the BBB. Do NOT pay until you've had lots of rain and are sure the roof does not leak.
