Applied the Wrong Finish & Won't Fix it

They applied a Satin finish to 2 bedrooms when it should have been a semi-gloss. It doesn't match the semi -gloss in the hall and they will not fix the problem. Cantin says that the Satin finish is the better choice - we don't agree - we don't like the Satin finish - it doesn't look good beside the existing semi-gloss floor.
