Have visited a number of Pet Smart locations. Love the staff at the Rodeo Drive Missisauga location, pleasant, polite, very helpful. Our Toy Yorkie was groomed with a careful explanation about pet hair length and fur napping! A wonderful delightful experience to see how they treated my pet. Horrible dog grooming

We brought our Golden Retriever in to have a shampoo and his nails clipped. Without being asked to do so, the groomer trimmed the feathering hair on the backs of his legs. When we picked him up we were very disappointed and let them know we were not happy with the trimming which we had not asked for. Since 2 previous visits had been good, we brought him back but were sure to tell the reception... more
