I love coming to this Pearle Vision location to get my glasses! I've received two pairs of glasses from here, and my SO has received one pair. Neither of us has had any issues with them from the day we got them.

Very disappointed. Needed the glasses for a trip so we came a month ahead. Made sure to let them know of the upcoming trip to ensure we would have them in time.
Week before the trip and the glasses come with a completely incorrect prescription.
When I asked if there was anything creative they could do to get something in 9 days they said no.
