Great customer service
I recently made a Purchase at overdrive in Vaughan for my truck and had a great experience. The price was excellent and they even installed it for me free of charge. I am definately a repeat customer.
Buyers beware..stay clear from overdrive!!
If you want my honest and truthful opinion stay clear from this business! At the end of the day this place will not stand behind the product they sell, a product they recommend. I have learned my lessons dealing with this place and I want to prevent other from getting ripped off the same and potentially having to go out and spend more money for a problem that was there fault. They do not have great knowledge and at times not any about certain aspects and products that they carry themselves! I personally had to go out and spend more money out of my pocket now because they would not help me out. Because I listened to them, instead of being in a positive position I am now taking a loss! Will not be back here in the future at all and I hope others will take my recommendation as I went through this negative experience first hand! ..oh and forget about refunds or a possible fix to the issue! Buyers Beware is the key phrase!
