Horrible Experience
Ordered flowers for my wife on Valentines Day. The order was placed 4 days before Valentines Day. The flowers were NEVER delivered. No email or phone call to let either of us know that the delivery would not arrive. Now I cannot contact them. Not answering phone calls. Unable to contact anyone to talk to. Credit card was charged the day after my order was placed. Now I have a charge on my credit card, they are not answering calls, nor returning messages and the flowers never arrived. Horrible service. Stay away from this company!!!
Terrible Experience
I ordered flowers from them and they delivered them on the wrong day, when the recipient was out of town. Additionally, they were not the flowers I ordered. When I called I was informed that even though the website says one kind of flower, they always send a different (considerably cheaper) kind instead. I was told I would be given a refund and despite contacting them three times, they have not returned my money nor returned my call. I will never use them again.
The worst experience ever!
I ordered flowers yesterday for Valentine's Day. No acknowledgement of order. Not answering phone and voicemail was full. NEVER DELIVERED. No replies to my emails. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN. This company is the worst!!!! We've had issues with them in the past as well - just not this bad. Stay far far away from this one. UPDATE: They called 20 minutes ago, apologized and had the nerve to ask if I still wanted the flowers. Told them to shove it and refund me in full. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
