Poor Service, unreliable, avoid!

In a time when consumers are relegated to service calls that will occur "sometime between 9am and 5pm or sometime in the morning or afternoon", thereby requiring a customer to set aside their schedule for all or part of an entire work day, it becomes even more important that the companies see their commitments through. This company failed to arrive by 4:30pm on a scheduled service call, and when I called to ask where the plumber was, they informed me they had tried calling a half hour earlier but no answer. I had no record of a call, they said they had called the cell number (I had provided home and cell, apparently they didn't even bother to try the home number), and when I said I had no record they said in a nasty tone it wouldn't appear as they don't have caller ID. I said that didn't matter as I would still have a record of a missed call, and they proceeded to say they couldn't comment as they didn't have my cell in front of them to verify. I asked if they were suggesting that I was lying, and they said I should find someone else to do the job! And this was one of the owners speaking - great example of leadership. Wasted my time without consideration. Avoid!!
