very disappointed with how they backed their product
Bought a pair of titanium-frame glasses for $500 in April 2008. Less than 18 months later, the paint had chipped off the frame in various places just under normal use.
When I asked for a replacement frame, they said the frames only had a 1year warranty (never mentioned when I bought the glasses) and I was out of luck.

Pas recommandable...
Les commis sont snoobs et très peu sympathiques. Peu ou pas de service, on est obligé de courir après lorsqu'on veut s'acheter une paire de lunette. Les lunettes sont très longues a être livrées. Bref, je ne vous recommande pas cette lunetterie.
