Amazing food
June 10, 2014Went for a late dinner with co-workers after work and ordered a Fried Oyster Taco. It was amazing!! Highly recommended. It's got a good heat to it and the oysters are very tasty and fresh. Although it's under the Small Plate menu, it's very well portioned, each taco is huge!

Great new location in Halifax
April 25, 2014Just tried out the new Onyx on Argyle. Restaurant was full of patrons and atmosphere was great. The service was attentive. The manager checked on our table and was also present and attentive. We tried the grilled cheese, excellent. The tuna carpaccio, excellent. Beef tartar, below average, soft and mushy. Always thought that portions at the previous location were on the small side for the price, but since reopening on Argyle there are improvements on all fronts - size, price, and definitely taste.
