Aucun professionnalisme , arrogance au rendez-vous

J'ai fait manicure shellac 80 .00 tres mal executer et apres service ... c'etait un gros ON S EN FOU .
La manicuriste arogante , te fais sentir comme si elle te rend service. Incroyable qu'on ne comprenne pas en 2013 comment c'est important que le client soit satisfait.
