Dissapointed

I got an electrical fireplace one year ago, and now it stopped working. I went to the store, and was told to bring the fireplace back to them!!!!!, because they do not home service electrical.... Well, I bought it there, and It was delivered to my place, how come I have to take it back? I was told by the very rude lady on the phone, that If I thought Canadian Tire would come to fix an electrical appliance to my place! well, as I said, if I wanted to go to Canadian Tire, I would go, but I choose a more specialized and of course more expensive place to buy the product I wanted, thinking I was going to get the service and quality I deserved, but this is not certainly the case.

Perhaps for other products they are good, but for electrical, they do not stand behind their name. I would recommend going somewhere else. Their customer service has a long way to go to be respectful and kind.
