Would not honour the sale of a vehicle which had unsafe brakes

- Norm sold my elderly mother a car which 2 days after purchasing had brake issues

- Norm refused to fix the car unless she paid, and refused to give her a courtesy car (the car was rolling through stops). after 2 different mechanics looked at the car it was found that the rear brakes could not have passed a safety

- Norms mechanic is his son, the safety was dated the same as the day of the sale.

- Norm stated the vehicle came from his friend who was old and couldn't get in and out of it WRONG the cars only previous owner was a rental company.

- After contacting the MTO and Lubrico Norm finally agreed to settle the issue under the table. Unfortunately my mother agreed to hand him over the old rotors and brake pads in exchange for cash to cover the labour and new parts.

- I took plenty of pictures of the rotors and pads if anyone would like to see them.
