Sorry - but I have to disagree with the previous post. I think I reviewed this restaurant two years ago at which time it was second to none on the North Shore. A Master Chef and A Friendly Place

The new owner of Nishiki Sushi came well trained from another sushi restaurant nearby in West Vancouver and he's made his new restaurant a fantastic place to be. He is always introducing new menu items but stands by the classics like the Dynamite Combo and awesome Bento Boxes! Prices are very reasonable and staff are the perfect amount of friendly.... more

I been to this restaurant couple times. It has been ok until

1. there was hair in my rice (although they replaced it with a new one for me, BUT the rice was prepared in same rice cooker that had hair in it)
