Do not use to company
Very dishonest with Billing and will not stand by there products. Tried to call them to talk about complaints and they will not call back .. very bad bbb history

I bought a hot water tank from them 3 to 4 years ago and it now broke. I called them up to get it fixed and the person said that the tank is under a 8 year warranty but the labour is not. So the plumber came to the house, said 1 of the parts had to be changed in the tank, so the cost of the job (labour) would be370.00 + tax (for a 1 hour job). I was busy so I told him to go ahead. ok so I needed a plumber to fix a leaky toilet. I feel bad giving it a 1 star because the guy who came to the door was very very nice, and understanding as i screamed at him "HOLY C@!P! 250 bucks to tighten a flange and replace a wax seal!!!"" after I apologized, I paid him the 50 dollar service fee and said " my husband can learn to do this".. he laughed and was rather nice..but my beef is... more
