Losing Intrest
I used to love coming to this cafe, but yesterday I had a bad experience. The lady taking the order was short with me when I asked for "grande" instead of saying "16oz". After that she was just plain rude to my boyfriend and I. She was very robotic in her "have a nice day." The coffee was still good, but I didn't feel happy to be in there.
My second office
Always a great spot for morning joe. It's always crowded, yet you never have to wait long for your caffeine fix. Excellent, friendly service!
Great coffee
This coffee is strong and definately gets me going in the morning! Try the North Shore location as well!

lovely pastries
They are now called Caffe Motivo. Their pastry chef makes amazing small delicacies. Sometimes it is very crowded and kinda noisy. Great coffee & great services

One of the best places in Kamloops to get an americano. The real hidden secret of this place is their baked goods. Best cake around.

Nice atmosphere and decor. Friendly staff. We stopped in for a coffee and sandwhich. I had the macaroni and cheese one, innovative, but it was still cold on the inside. Hard to warm it up on a panni grill I guess. We also had the breakfast burrito, that was tasty and hearty. The coffee is good, JJ roasts good stuff. Wish we had time to try dessert, they looked good. I wonder if they make them... more

Place is good... For Kamloops, it's probably one of the better options.
I think it's a REALLY reaching to say that it's on par with the best shops in Vancouver though. The desserts are spot-on and they have the right beans, but I dunno... Missed the mark somewhere. Maybe it was the technique of the baristas on the few occasions I stopped in?
I definitely can't put them on the same level as JJ...
