Surprise extra cost

Got a quote for changing my tires. Went there... once my tires are unmounted, they said there's an extra 20$ for I don't know what... already made... so I have no choice to pay. Can't even refuse it. At the end they charged me 23$ and not 20$ as stated.

Final cost : 125$ for changing 4x17 inches tires, no more no less. WOW... what a riff off.

That was my first and last time there...

Attention arnaquer

le vehicule de ma mere tombe ne panne et lestimer sort a 799$ il me dit le la batterie et morte lalternateur etc etc jai donc refuser les travaux,
jai amener le vehicule chez un autre mecanisien il ma simplement dit que un des fils dalimentation de la batterie etai mal viser....
SCANDALEEEE TOTALE JE NE RECOMMANDE PA CE GARAGE QUI A LA PRETENTION DE SOI DISANT ETRE UN GARAGE
