Walked in for a part replacement for my Rigid power tool. I received an excellent greeting from the store owner and was provided how-to information to register my product correctly and receive my free replacement part. All smiles and the owner took all the time needed to make sure I could get what I needed without any charges.

This business is a parts provider for Simoniz. I called for parts for my pressure washer and was treated by a horribly impatient, arrogant and belligerent man who is the owner/operator. This person thinks he can do whatever comes to mind because it is his store; he became verbally and physically abusive during parts pickup.

Attention ce réparateur assez malhonnête vous volera votre dépôt si vous ne faite pas assez attention et ne vérifier pas votre facture. Je croyais qu'il le déduisais directement sur la facture mais rendu chez moi en vérifiant je me suis aperçu que non et Il n'a pas voulu me redonner mon dépôt lorsque je suis retourner lui dire qu'il avait oublier de me le redonner. Alors n'y aller pas.
