Nice thing here is if you go with the buffet it is hot and ready, no wait time at all. Nice variety of dishes/proteins/veg/carbs/soups, egg rolls are good, only thing we notice is the garlic spare ribs are tasty but sometime hard as a rock... otherwise usually pretty consistant good tasty food, clean, and friendly service.. we like it here.
I ate at Ming's a few weeks ago. I had the buffet but it was not as good as previous visits. The dishes were not very hot (got to the buffet when some of the dishes needed to be topped up). Ended up sitting in the carpeted section....not very appetizing because the carpet is so dirty. Did not enjoy the food or the atmosphere.
I thoroughly enjoyed my lunchtime dining experience at Ming's, the selection of foods on the buffet table was huge, everything was hot and dishes were frequently replenished. Price was reasonable for the amount of food you could eat if you so wished. I would highly recommend this restaurant and would to there again.

My family and I eat here frequently. Has the best Chinese food had in Nova Scotia. The buffet has a great selection, with fair price. The menu food has such great freshness. Eat here and have a great meal.
