Well, we'll be dropping them from snow removal service next year.
2 snowfalls, and they haven't cleared anything. Now it's all packed down- they'd better not try leaf blowing it- it now needs bonafide shoveling.
Supposed to snow again in a few days... They'd better shape up.

I was very very disappointed in the service for men in Kilts. I booked a day off work to accommodate their schedule and had a service confirmation three weeks in advance. They confirmed the appointment but on the day no one called or showed up! I had to call them and then NO satisfaction or apology. I think they might be getting to successful and are losing their customer service skills. Very... more
