I like the deli and bakery, and that's about it. They have a great selection of salads, the best deal is the 'healthy bunch' special in which you'll get 2 salads for $5.99. I like the hot bar - especially the curry selection, but it's rare that I indulge. Prices are very expensive, and a dinner for 1 can easily ring you upwards of $20.00

I am a fan of many of the items in this smaller grocery chain. I typically purchase the prepared foods, several of which I like. I would not purchase general groceries here as they cost more than in most other supermarkets. They mark down some of the prepared foods ... then they are more economical to purchase. I have frequented the Meinhardt's deli, as a convenient but expensive alternative to venturing out of my neighbourhood on weeknights.
