9 hole course = great for some
It depends who you are whether you'll enjoy this 9 hole course. No hole is longer than 130yd with the majority less than 90yd. It's target practice for anyone with 2+ yrs of golf under their belt, and good beginner difficulty for new beginners.
18 hole or 9 hole par 3
This is a City of Calgary run golf course, and it has two courses. The par 3 is great for kids or really new golfers. The longest hole is 90 yd or something. If you're a pro, challenge your short game! It's still hard to par this course, believe it or not. Total target practice. I've only played the 18 hole course once and remember it being very very good. Longer holes, not a wimpy course, with lots of water and dog legs.
