The hype would have it that m:brgr is the spot in the city for burgers, when really it's just fine, no better no worse. It's kitschy for sure, with options for what it candidly terms "crazy expensive toppings" such as black-truffle carpaccio. We ordered the foie gras burger and honestly it was one of the worst burgers we have ever had. Don't understand all the good reviews. Go somewhere else.

I had high expectations after reading the reviews.
Unfortunately mrbrgr did not deliver.
Soggy fries not included with a burger ( $4 plus extra) , the burger itself was overcooked therefore dry and tasteless.
Total bill with a mineral water was around $26 .
Way overpriced for a mediocre burger with ditto fries.

Went because it was recommended in Fodors. One of the worst burgers I've ever had. Not sure how in the world it has received such great reviews. Also, terribly overpriced!
