Overbooked and shipped off to another hotel
November 24, 2014I booked my stay for this hotel through Expedia several weeks prior to my stay. I called in advance to let them know it would be a late arrival. On the first night I was supposed to stay there I again contacted them to confirm it would be a late arrival, at approx 4pm, to which I received a text saying no problem the room would be available. Close to airport. Exellent parking options.
November 19, 2014Good stay. Close to the airport and convenient shuttle service. Excellent 15 day free parking available. Our room, however, was near the elevator shaft and we heard the elevator most of the night and again in the early hours of the morning. That was not at all restful.
