i cant beleive they stay in business? i am sure some one must think they are great people with great service... the first time i thought i misunderstood and maybe it was me the second time i was suprised the third time i was frustrated.. the fourth time i questioned why i came back the fifth time i said goodbye... warranty be damned i will pay for service anywhere else... more
