Mantis Pest Control does not make its office address public for safety concerns. Mary is NOT a customer. Mary is Murray Robert James Tipping of Burnaby BC and was charged with criminal harassment. NOT a customer.

I tried to find their head office, but found that the address listed as their company's head office is a senior citizens apartment building. To all of my friends I tell them to avoid this company as they do not stand by their product and are difficult to find if you have a complaint, also they are very rude if you do reach them. I realize that everyone has to make a living, so i came back to see if Patrick Mclaughlin had responded to my review, i was shocked to see him threaten me, and others, who had voiced their disapproval at him and his company. I also noticed that he rates his own compay 5 stars and that most of the reviews not only say the same things, but are written by the same person, a n49, who also rates the company as five stars. I could not find Mr.Tipping's or Scotty's reviews, but I am willing to bet that they were not complementary to this company.
Mantis Pest Control
Ants, Mice and wasps were driving us nuts so we called Patrick at Mantis. Prompt and professional service and very friendly. Pests are gone and we are very satisfied. We are also impressed that Patrick calls us up to ask us questions and follows up to make sure everything is ok. We highly recommend this company for pest control.

Great people to deal with. We used Mantis to deal with mice and silverfish in our home in Richmond and we got excellent results. Patrick we are very pleased with your service...and hope we never have to see you again!! haha..thank you.

November 03, 2010After 2 other companies failed to rid us of our rat problem, we called Patrick at Mantis Pest Control. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. Needless to say we are pest free and extremely happy with the quality of service we received. 2 thumbs way up!
