Today, I went inside Lowes to buy a shower unit. 4 staff all men were in conversation on the aisle where the toilet bowls were. No one offered to ask what I was looking for so I hate to break their morning chatter at about 10:45 AM ( maybe they just ate breakfast) so I asked them where can I find a shower unit.

I have bought a few tools from here for work, unfortunately they upped the price on the Bosch Batteries, so I'll probably be buying those online now. Lowes isn't a place for cheap tools. That's where you lose a star.

However, I bought a Cordless Bosch Brushless Impact kit and was able to take advantage of their Price Match Guarantee.

Very disappointing,
I'm building a shelf at home and went all the way to lowe's to buy wood for it. I spend an hour to find right, even peaces 16 feet long and I knew there is a sign "cutting station" beside me. And when I finally came to the station to cut, there is a sign "out of order".
Assistant says there is nothing they can do. I come to customer service and they say the cutting machine... more
