Gordon Bailey has struck again! The enfant terrible (self-described as a "biker chef") and former Dayboat restaurant owner has reappeared with this downtown Charlottetown gem. Lobster gratinee in carrot mousse and nuts, baked oysters, panseared swordfish on a bed of leeks, rib-eye with an oven rosted baby carrot and potato! Top restaurant!
By far, the best dining option in Charlottetown. Kitchen camera over the bar gets lots of attention. Food is mainly local, and exceptionally well prepared. Try the Osoyoos Larose wine, too!
