Capable shop led by the wrong person.

Great facility... With a few good guys.. But the manager.. Sharon or Shannon... I dunno. Absolutely no customer service skills. All she did was complain about the work she needed to do for me. Don was the Saving Grace and just quietly got it done. Luckily my buddy knows the owner and called him to light a fire under
someone's butt.
I will never darken their doorway again because of her
on principle alone.

She is the perfect example of someone who gets the management position based on who's loins she came from rather than any modicum of skill in the job. Fire her and watch business soar.
