Inexperienced car buyers like me should go elsewhere.
First-time car buyers beware!! I bought a 2013 Kia Forte LX+. I was charged a $899 admin fee, $399 globali fee (told it was mandatory), and 0.95% interest instead of 0.90%. Also, the car with over 350km sold as new. As part of the deal they were to help return a previously leased car. They did not do this properly, resulting in huge late charges! The staff was friendly, but in hindsight, they added a lot of extra charges onto the bill. I had made it very clear I was a student and wanted no extra fees. Inexperienced car buyers like me should go elsewhere.
