More expensive. Nothing special
They charge the same price as a large chain (Discount) but $0.18c per km instead of $0.14. Service is nothing special. The weekend guy at the counter is unfriendly. They don't refill the gas tank completely, so you're not sure how much gas you're supposed to put back in when you return the truck. Their insurance deal is VERY lousy, with a $1500 deductible. - Try other places first.
