This was one of the first vintage shops I went into on my most recent trip to Montreal and right away two things struck me as awesome, the first was the collection of items they had and the second was the quality.

The layout in the store is really conducive to browsing, while at the same time there is enough of a selection that my friend and I could find many things in non standard sizes.

The store is well-curated (smallish). I visited several embarrassment of riches (and rags) establishments in Montreal and this is not one of them.

I left the store after purchasing two awesome, reasonably priced items. But then I had problems with my bixi (there's a station outside the store.) I went back into the store and the store clerk kindly let me use her phone to call bixi. (Thanks again!)

Gotta love the Local: stylish selections of secondhand stuff and lots of it, crammed into a happy room with zines, eps and other indie publications.
