I was very impressed with their customer service. They attended to all my needs :) I highly recommend coming here.

In terms of transparency, it's a joke: their 50% off lenses just means they quote you a heckuva lot higher to give that appearance. Quoted me $450 for my high-index lenses, after the discount. They're normally $400 anyways.

Walked in here wanting to buy new eye glasses. There were 6 staff standing around and not a single staff acknowledged us or offered help because they were too busy chatting.
