Highly recommend, good staff, good service
August 10, 2011I went in for a hole in my radiator and it turned out to be the timing belt, I was extremely limited on cash and the service people sympathized as my car's engine was on the verge of destruction. They were very helpful and friendly and got my car going again within the budget. I don't know how people on here reviewed poorly, my experience was great!

Hate the car
July 31, 2011Bought a car from the london dealer, loved the service and thought i was getting a great car. Turns out its a lemon, anyone know if they offer a return policy?

Great service
October 29, 2010I went to the other vw dealer and had a bad experience but at leavens it was excellent. I am not sure what happen to shaun a but I would say give them a try.
