Unprofessional

As a student, I expressed the urgency on having my laptop up and running for class in the morning. There was a few loose connections.
They reconnected the power button. But they failed to ensure their work by checking to see if the keyboard was properly connected (a frequent problem with any work on a laptop). I attempted a diplomatic approach when trying to get it fixed that night with no success. I then handed the phone to my father who was less polite than myself and the "business man" on the other line hung up on him.
I hope that "business man" got a good night sleep because I didn't!
