Had a great first experience bringing in my Toyota Tundra. Dan the Service advisor was very helpful and prompt in getting my truck in and out for service, while trying to keep my 2.5 year old entertained! He was very upfront with which repairs were necessary and which i could wait on, never tried to up sell me on anything i didnt need. Will definitely go back here, enjoyed the casual atmosphere... more

I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance and was not impressed. After entering all of my information online I had to give it to them again when I arrived. In addition, I walked in the service area door and went to the first available service desk to be told she couldn't help me and I'd have to wait for one of the ladies on the left.... No smile, no welcome, no apology - just I can't help... more
