Poor Behaviour from Lamour Nails

I had made an appointment to see about having my nails down but the day before the apppointment, I hurt my back. Today, I thought I felt a little better so I wanted to remake the appointment to have my nails done, the lady who picked up the phone was rude, obnoxious and actually hung up on me. People do hurt themselves and they also get better. I was treated badly. I would recommend that No one go to Lamour Nails to have a manicure or anything else done. I was appalled!
