This homey, wood-frame hotel overlooks a lake surrounded by fir trees (sapins in French). When it opened in 1936, it had just 20 rooms, but now La Sapinière has 64 rooms, each of them with country-style furnishings, pastel floral accents, and a cozy, thick terry-cloth robe. A grand old lady with much to offer
May 06, 2014My husband and I went on a romantic overnight get-away during a busy time teaching and performing in Montreal, in late winter. Une piscine, oui mais s'il fait beau toute la jour
December 13, 2013Cet hôtel n'est pas si mal mais aurait grand besoin de rénovations, du moins dans la chambre où nous étions. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec la piscine. Elle est supposément ouverte jusqu'à 10h00 le soir et il y a un sauveteur. Nous nous sommes présentées à l'hôtel vers 4h00 de l'après-midi et il faisait très beau.
