Worst Service EVER

Jaime was my 'advisor'. She lied about how long it would take, had my car for 2 days and a night. They did nothing, but put a dye in the engine, even though I told them it was important thatI have my ca back that evening,as a single parent to a toddler, and I live out of town. She then told me they would call me, to schedule the work that needed to be done by Monday, its now Friday. I have called to nicely inquire what was happening, once she hung up on me, I called back., she told me she would go see whats going on and call me right back. She never did. I then called the next day and she proceeded to be very rude and snappy and "put me on hold to find out what was taking so long" and hung up on me ,once again. NEVER again. Ive never had as bad as service from ANYONE in Red Deer , at any type of business as I had here.
