As a traveler, 1100 miles from home, I had the unfortunate experience of needing a body shop while on the road. I was rather offended when I took my car into King Mazda for an estimate to fax to my insurance agent back home, and the staff laughed at me when I suggested I might actually want to get the body work done before I head home.
Apparently, this dealership is doing just fine in this...
