Organic Vegan Gluten-free Bakery, Organic Juice Bar, Organic Vegan Cafe, and all-Natural foods store all in one! Baked goods are simply amazing, and their Vegan and Gluten-free with no refined sugars! The cafe food is the best healthiest fair you will find in the region. The staff are so friendly and helpful. This place rocks! By far the best place to eat or food shop in Burlington. I LOVE it!

Great Food and Amazing Treats!
Great healthy eating, warm and welcoming staff and if you have a sweet tooth, look out! Cupcakes, brownies and cookies...oh my!

We live in Rochester, NY (over 2 hours away) and stumbled across this place by accident months ago while on our way to or from Toronto airport...I forget when/where.
I am a pescatarian and my husband eats a variety of food still but we are health-conscious for the most part our diet is plant-based but not strict. We love healthy food and I do cook A LOT of healthy meals at home from scratch....

Great vegetarian food and smoothis, along with friendly.and knowledgeable employees, who know the food very well. A bit disappointed that there wasn't table service and inside is gets warm on a hot day. However, the taste and menu options make it a worthwhile visit. Also great for anyone with celiac!

Such yummy food & great service. Try the Caesar salad. Couldn't believe how flavourful it was. Even the (GF!!) croutons had rosemary in them. Do you know how hard it is to find passable vegan & GF food? If so, you'll really appreciate how scrumptious the burgers are.
Did I mention that they have GF beer?!? Love this place! You must try it!
