Poor Food and Service

Ken's Restaurant is a well established Chinese restaurant in Winnipeg's downtown area. I visited Ken's Restaurant late one night with some friends as it was the only ethnic diner open late in the area. The layout is spacious, the decor is average but the cleanliness is non-existent. The cutlery was dirty, the washrooms were filthy and tables were all messy. The server look a long time to hand us our menus, despite the fact that there were very few people dining in the restaurant. The menu selections are vast, but to our dismay everything we ordered turned out to be a few notches above fast food grade. Definitely not a good value, not even if it were free, I wouldn't recommend visiting Ken's Restaurant at all.
