leak from master bath down to family room

There was water leaking from the ceiling of my family room. Joe the Plumber's office sent, on 2 separate occasions, 2 young and what we presumed to be, junior, plumbers to my home.

They proceeded to make several holes in my family room ceiling in an effort to trace the leak.
