They charge you if you reschedule or miss an appointment without providing 48 hours notice, but don't see you till at least thirty minutes after your scheduled appointment... they are slow slow slow and as a final kick to the gonads do not validate parking so you get to pay by the half hour for the entire three hour visit. Ridiculous.
