Overpriced for the quality of service

My regular stylist was fully booked so, I thought I would try this place.
I made an appointment a few days in advance and asked for a director stylist.
I got there a few mins early but then had to wait 15 mins before I got my wash -- no problem, things get behind schedule; it happens.

When I first moved to Toronto, I wasn't sure which salon to turn to for my precious waist-length bleached blonde hair and chose Toni&Guy for its international name recognition. I can't believe I haven't tried this salon. I came here recently for a long overdue haircut, which required delicate layering and curls. My stylist knew exactly the hair style I had wanted so the result came out excellent! He gave my hair good volume and shape, which is perfectly the style I asked for. Service met my expectation too as every staff was kind and gentle.
