Premièrement tu entres et aucune indication te dit que tu dois te présenté a la réceptionniste pour qu'un vendeur te prenne en charge (comparativement aux autres qui t'accueille avec un grand sourire et une poignée de main). WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I wanted to buy a used car from them, I took an appointment and when I met the sales agent he was very aggressive and unprofessional. If you are young, they don't take you seriously and try to scam you. I wanted to get my car evaluated (a Hyundai accent 2005), there was a few repairs to be made but nothing big.
